The 30-night hug trial

Sleep with your companion for thirty nights. If they haven't earned their place, send them back for a full refund — used, washed, loved, it makes no difference to us.

How to return

Email hello@nearby.co.uk with your order number. We'll send a prepaid UK returns label the same working day. Pop your companion in any box and drop it off.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within three working days of the return reaching us. Original delivery charges are refunded too.

Swaps

Picked the wrong face? Tell us who you'd rather have and we'll send them out as soon as the first one is on its way back. No extra charge.

International returns

The same thirty nights apply, but return postage is at your own cost. Keep your proof of postage and we'll refund as soon as it lands.
